SJRF Announces a Queen of Hearts Raffle Fundraiser

The St. Joseph Recreation Foundation (SJRF) has teamed up with the IL. Law Enforcement Alarm System Foundation. This is a fundraiser to support the construction of a community building and to raise funds for law enforcement training.

The drawings will be held weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM at Roch’s Place at 101 N. Main St. in St. Joe. Tickets cost $5 apiece. Ticket sales will begin Tuesday evening, December 31st at Roch’s. The first drawing will be at 7 PM on JANUARY 8, 2025! The pot will start at $5,000! The raffle drawings will happen every Wednesday at Roch’s until someone picks the Queen of Hearts from a pack of 54 cards.  Each week there is no winner, that week’s tickets will be discarded and the pot will roll over, growing each week. You do not have be present to win. Tickets can be purchased at Roch’s starting on New Year’s Eve 2024. Starting later this week, tickets can also be purchased from the SJRF Board of Directors – Jim Page, Austin Hogue, Dennis Baltzell, Brooks Bennett-Miller, Barb Babb, Todd Hitt, Sarah Peters and Todd Albers.
